Purchase Procedure

  1. Reserve your Apartment

    Reserve the apartment of your choice, for the non-refundable reservation fee of £1000.

  2. Instruct a Solicitor

    Instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf.
    You should provide your solicitor with full details of the purchase, any mortgage arrangements and inform them of the agreed date for the missives.

  3. Instruct your Mortgage Advisor

    If you need to arrange a mortgage, make an appointment to complete your mortgage application. Your sales consultant can suggest contact details for an FSA regulated mortgage advisor who may be able to assist you in securing finance for the completion of your apartment.

  4. Complete Our Mortgage Application

    In order to ensure that the process is not delayed, it is important that you respond quickly to any requests from your bank or building society and that survey fees are paid promptly.

  5. Mortgage Offer

    The valuer will visit the property and submit a valuation report. you should receive a formal written mortgage offer.

  6. Conclude Missives

    You will need to conclude missives within 14 days of your reservation. This is when deposit is payable and the house purchase contract becomes legally binding. You need to ensure that the solicitor has the deposit in cleared funds.

  7. Post-Exchange

    After missives have been concluded and prior to legal completion, your sales consultant will ensure you are kept up to date with the build progress on a regular basis.

  8. Completion

    Your completion date will be confirmed 7 days prior to your move-in date. You should ensure that your completion monies are available.

    Once the property sale has completed you will be provided with keys to your new home and a completion pack, which outlines our post-completion services.
